Founded J.R. Associates, a high tech permanent employment search firm, in December 1981.
28+ years in the contingent and retained search business.

Created a unique business methodology, business philosophy, and service approach which incorporate considerable market research skills to benefit both client companies and candidates alike.

Married with two children, Ryan, and Jennifer.
