Referrals - Finders Fees

When was the last time you had the chance to help someone you know and respect become aware of a better opportunity and actually advance their career through your initiative ... and earn not only their gratitude, but a referral finders fee as well? It seems that in today's fast paced world, people like you are constantly asked by recruiters, "Who do you know who could meet the needs of 'this' job I need to fill?" These recruiters are seeking free referrals. At J.R. Associates, we know there is no free lunch, and we don't ask for referrals that turn into successful placements with a simple 'thank you, alone." We still appreciate it when you send us a Candidate or refer us to a Client-Employer with needs, and we've come up with a thank you that we're sure you'll appreciate!

We do pay Referral Finders Fees for Candidates referred that result in a successful placement. In such cases, YOU earn 15% of the fee paid to us. Or refer a Client-Employer with needs to us which result in a successful placement and YOU again earn 15% of the fee paid by the Client-Employer to J.R. Associates. It's that simple. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Submit the name of the referred person via email, fax, voice, or voice mail. Include contact information of the referred person and a summary of the referred person's skills and any relevancy for a specific job opportunity we have open.
  2. Also include your name, your contact information, and your social security number.
  3. Once your referred Candidate is hired by our Client-Employer, our warranty (30 days in most cases) has been satisfied, and our fee has been collected, we will contact you to make immediate payment.
  4. J.R. withholds NO taxes from its referred finders fee. You are responsible to pay any taxes due to the IRS. And JR will send you a 1099 in January of the following year that the fee was paid reporting this fee as income to IRS in compliance with federal law.
The scenario is a 4-Way-Win. Your referral gets the career opportunity they want; our Client-Employer wins the person they need, you earn extra money as well as gain your referral's gratitude, and J.R. creates another successful match. There is no limit to the number of individuals and, or career opportunities you can refer to J.R. Associates to earn extra income and help people advance their careers.
