Client-Employers. Our Client-Employers become our business partners.
We learn your business, corporate culture, and specific position
needs. We conduct Client-Employer interviews and when possible, client
site visits as well. This clarifies and evolves open position
requirements, and allows us to acquire highly meaningful company data
(regarding your business, your work, your people, your products or
services, your culture, your hiring process, etc.).
Candidate Qualification Process and Client-Employer Promotion
- All local Candidates are personally interviewed by JR
recruitment staff.
- We screen, qualify and offer reference checks on all Candidates
in the placement process.
- We send only credible to highly credible resumes to our
Client-Employers.
- We promote our Client-Employers to our Candidates via our
interview process, Candidate power searches of our extensive
database of people, companies, opportunities, and skills.
- We post all of your current openings to our website for our
candidates to see.
The JR Role In The Placement Process Life Cycle:
- We stay involved as "your partner" through the entire
life cycle of the placement process.
- We provide Client-Employers with market factors awareness
regarding candidate availability, quality and salary scale.
- We assist Client-Employers in their negotiations with Candidates
for any and all relevant issues.
